Towards the end of the hammering, Neves took a free-kick and booted the ball directly into Jorginho’s face from just metres away.

The Italian was knocked to the floor by the force of the impact.

Supporters joked that he must’ve been “trying to kill” the Gunner.

Another fan added: “Why did Neves try to destroy Jorginho’s face like that.”

More reacted: “Jorginho just got headshot by Neves.”

A third added: “That was rude from Neves. Don’t think he meant it, but that one hurt.”

Reports suggest that the Wolves ace is now heading to Barca with his contract expiring at Molineux next summer.

He is set to sign a four-year deal at the LaLiga champions.

The deal could see Wolves pay the Catalan giants £26million and get winger Ansu Fati in return.

However, the 20-year-old is yet to agree to the move, unlike Ruben.

Manchester United and Arsenal have been linked with singing the Wolves star, but Barca was always his dream move.

Xavi has been looking to bolster his midfield for a low price as the club battle financial troubles and losing veteran Sergio Busquets.
