Find the traitor

In the game, you and other players will play as crew members of a spaceship, preparing to go out in space. However, there are impostors among the crew who will sabotage your operations. Not only that, but the impostor/s will also try to kill everyone in the team.

You and your crew will need to react quickly to undo the impostors’ sabotages. You need to check the Admin map and security cameras to keep tabs on your other crewmates. You can call for an emergency meeting to discuss the person whom you find to be suspicious. You can then vote to eject the person you all think to be the impostors.

Be careful not to be killed by the traitor. You need to report any dead bodies you find immediately so that you can start the discussions between your crewmates about who the suspected impostor is. Aside from discovering the traitor, you and your team can also win the game by filling the group taskbar. You can do so, by completing the task of preparing the ship.

Be the impostor

To make the game more challenging, you can play the traitor in your crew. As the impostor, you can pretend to run tasks to blend in with the crewmates. Then you can sneak out and try to sabotage the crew’s operation. You can use the vents to quickly move about the ship.

You can use sabotages to cause chaos and divide the crew. More, you can frame bystanders and make them look like the traitor. Ultimately, you can kill your crewmates to stop the spaceship. You can close doors to trap victims and kill them in private.

Join a match

To play Among Us, you need to quickly find a game online from the host list. Once you found a match, you have the option to either be one of the crew or one of the impostors. Be warned, though. Finding a match can be difficult since the game has lots of players. Most of the time, the matches in the host list are already full.

Aside from the hard-to-find matches, it can also be annoying that most of the players want to be the impostor rather than the crew. This makes it hard to fill the taskbar. To make it harder for the crew members, the map in the game is not changing. With this, the traitors can easily sneak behind the crew and kill them. On top of that, there are loads of ads in the game, which can sometimes block you from joining a game.

Addicting gameplay

Overall, Among Us is a great game for people who are into mystery and intrigue. The game plays pretty well for a mobile app. It has nice art and offers lots of game options. However, it could use a few improvements, especially when it comes to joining a match. Also, it would help if the game will offer more modes to make it more challenging. But as it is, the game is an addictive casual game that can entertain you for hours.
