The four clubs Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, has so failed to score against in the UEFA Champions League have been revealed after he set a new record on Wednesday.
Messi, on Wednesday night, became the first footballer to score against 40 different teams in the Champions League.
Messi achieved the feat after scoring the only goal in PSG’s Champions League 1-1 draw with Benfica.
Messi’s goal against Benfica at the Estadio da Luz was the 127th of his career in the Champions League in 159 games.
The Argentine captain has played against 44 different teams in the Champions League and scored against 40 of them.
However, according to ESPN, the only four teams Messi is yet to score against in the Champions League after coming up against them in the past are Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Rubin Kazan, and Udinese.
