Ronaldo, 37, left the Italian side back in 2021 to rejoin Manchester United.
Cristiano Ronaldo is demanding a huge payout from Juventus
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport an agreement – which did not appear in the club’s balance sheet or on the stock market – was made between the two parties during the Covid-19 pandemic.
And the Portugal ace is now demanding what he is apparently owed after consulting his lawyers on the matter.
It comes after the entire board of directors at Juventus sensationally stepped down.
This came with the club 10 points off of league leaders Napoli and after posting losses of £220m in 2021-22.
It has cast a further shadow alongside the Prisma Investigation as the 36-time Italian Champions are investigated for fraud on player transfers in recent seasons.
Ronaldo is currently without a club after having his contract at Manchester United terminated as part of the fallout from his bombshell interview with Piers Morgan.
In the interview, Ronaldo sensationally revealed he felt the club had betrayed him and he did not respect manager Erik ten Hag.
But any decision over a new club for the legendary forward is not likely to be revealed until after his World Cup campaign is finished.
Reports have suggested Ronaldo has been offered the opportunity to play in Saudi Arabia with Al Nassr, with a cool £173m a year deal being put on the table for him.
Ronaldo has scored just once in Qatar so far, with that goal being a penalty in the 3-2 win over Ghana.
And Ronaldo was slammed by manager Fernando Santos after stropping as he left the pitch during the 2-1 defeat to South Korea.
