by The family of the Hollywood actor Michael Kenneth Williams well known for his role in “The Wire” has passed on at age fifty-four (54).
According to reports, the American actor Michael Williams was found dead in his Brooklyn residence at 2 pm on Monday afternoon. The news of his death was confirmed by the New York Police Department.
According to the Law Enforcement, he died of suspected overdoes of intake of heroine in his Brooklyn penthouse. The police also stated that there was no forced entry into his apartment neither was there no foul play.
The family however confirmed the death of the superstar and has asked for privacy. “It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Emmy nominated actor Michael Kenneth Williams. We asked for privacy while mourning this unsurmountable loss”, his long-time rep Marianna Shafran released a statement on behalf of the family.
