Kane earlier on Wednesday ended speculation over his future by announcing he will be staying put, despite pushing for a move to Manchester City throughout the transfer window.
Speaking ahead of Thursday’s Europa Conference League play-off second leg against Pacos, Nuno responded to the announcement.
“It’s great news, fantastic news for everybody,” Nuno said.
“Since Harry joined us, he’s been working so this is what we value. His attitude in training sessions has been great.
“It’s finished. Harry’s going to be with us. He worked today. He’s an option for [to face Pacos]. Like I said, fantastic news for everybody.
“We are all very happy. He is one of the best players in the world, so we are all very happy, delighted to have one more option for the season ahead of us.”
Asked if he is worried Kane could again push for a move in January, Nuno dismissed the idea.
“I’m not worried at all,” he replied.
“It’s day by day. He’s an option for tomorrow. This is the only thing and my only thought. Trying to make the best decisions for tomorrow and Harry is an option tomorrow.
He added: “I’m not going to say what we speak about it. It’s between us.”
