Gunmen Abduct 18 In Fresh Kaduna Community Attack

Gunmen suspected to be bandits have attacked Keke, a community in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

It was gathered that the gunmen abducted 18 People during the operation.

Eyewitnesses told DailyTrust that the gunmen invaded the community around 12midnight.

According to witnesses, the gunmen came in large number and after causing confusion in the area, they kidnapped 18 people.

Operatives of the Kaduna State Police command are presently in the area but there has not be an official confirmation from the authorities.

Meanwhile, bandit terrorists have abducted a retired Nigeria Broadcasting Commission, NBC, director, Alhaji Ahmed Bakori and his 15-year-old daughter, Laila.

Naija News reports that this is coming hours after the abduction of family members of lawmakers in the Katsina State House Assembly.

It was gathered that the terrorists on Monday night attacked Bakori Housing Units in Katsina State, where the retired director lives.

The bandits who stormed the estate with AK 47 rifles and other weapons reportedly whisked away three other residents.
