Operatives of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) ARRESTED TWO fraudsters in Ondo State.
One of the suspected fraudsters was arrested in Akure, the State capital over his alleged involvement in an internet scam popularly known as ‘Yahoo Yahoo’.
The second suspect who claimed to be an Engineer was also accused of financial fraud running into millions of naira.
The EFCC officials who reportedly arrived in Akure following an intelligence report, arrested the suspects at different locations within the metropolis.
Following the arrest, the suspects were moved to ‘A’ Division Police Station before being whisked to the EFCC Ibadan zonal office, Oyo State.
